Terms of Service — FluxrBot

These terms govern your use of FluxrBot, the website fluxrbot.com and the related services, operated by Fluxr Labs LLC ("Fluxr Labs", "we", "us"). By activating an access key or subscribing you agree to them. Contact: hello@fluxrbot.com.

The service

FluxrBot is software that analyzes public and licensed data sources, estimates the probability of prediction market outcomes, and can place orders on prediction market exchanges (currently Polymarket and Kalshi) through their official APIs, using API credentials that you create and control. It is delivered as a Windows application; it requires Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Software, not investment advice

FluxrBot is a tool. Nothing on this site or in the software is investment, financial or legal advice, and no output of the software is a recommendation to buy or sell any contract. Whether to run the bot, on which markets and with which limits is your decision. Prediction market trading involves risk of loss, including loss of everything you allocate; read the risk disclosure. Past behaviour of any strategy, including results shown from our paper account, does not predict future results.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age and legally allowed to trade on the exchanges you connect. You are responsible for complying with the rules of those exchanges and with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on prediction market trading.

Your account and keys

Exchange API keys remain yours; you create them, you can revoke them at any time.
FluxrBot cannot withdraw, transfer or custody funds. Your money stays in your exchange account.
You are responsible for the trading limits you configure and for the actions the bot takes within them.
Access keys are personal and may not be resold, shared or used on more than the permitted number of machines.

Trial, billing and payment

The trial period is free for 3 days, requires no payment details, and ends automatically. Paid subscriptions cost $2,499 per month, are billed at the start of each monthly period by invoice or card, and renew until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes you may owe.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops further charges. The month already paid for is not refunded, except in the cases listed in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use FluxrBot to violate exchange rules or applicable law, attempt to reverse-engineer or redistribute the software, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, with a pro-rata refund of the unused period if the termination is not caused by your breach.

Changes to the service

We improve the software continuously and may add, change or remove strategies, sources and features. Material changes to these terms are announced by email or in the application at least 14 days before they take effect.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxr Labs is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software, exchange outages, data errors or delays. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fluxr Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that state, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
