These terms govern your use of FluxrBot, operated by Fluxr Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By activating an access key you agree to them.
The service
FluxrBot is software that analyzes public and licensed data sources and places orders on prediction market exchanges through their official APIs, using API credentials that you create and control.
Your account and keys
- Exchange API keys remain yours; you can revoke them at any time.
- You are responsible for the trading limits you configure.
- Access keys are personal and may not be resold or shared.
Trial and billing
The trial period is free, requires no payment details, and ends automatically. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops trading at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
You may not use FluxrBot to violate exchange rules or applicable law. We may suspend service for abuse.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses. See the risk disclosure.
