Who is responsible

The data controller for fluxrbot.com and the FluxrBot software is Fluxr Labs LLC. For any privacy question or request write to hello@fluxrbot.com.

What we collect, and why

• Email address — to deliver your access key, billing notices and replies. Required for the trial.
• Telegram username — optional; only if you give it, so the operator can help with setup there.
• Chat messages sent through the chat on this site, with the name and email you choose to leave — stored so we can answer you and pick the thread up later.
• Trading session logs from the application — signals, orders, refusals and the limits you set — to show you reports and to debug the service.
• Server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, time) — kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.

What we never collect

• Card numbers or bank details — payment is handled by the payment provider; we see only that a payment succeeded.
• Exchange passwords, wallet seed phrases or private keys. The software uses API keys you create, and we never ask for anything else.
• Advertising or analytics trackers — this site sets none.

Cookies and local storage

fluxrbot.com sets no tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only for the chat thread token and for preferences (for example, a collapsed section). Nothing in it identifies you to third parties, and you can clear it at any time in your browser.

Who processes the data

We store data on our own server (a Postgres database on infrastructure we control). The processors that touch it, strictly to run the service:

• Resend — sends our transactional email (access keys, replies).
• Cloudflare — DNS and network protection in front of the site.
• The payment provider used for your invoice or card payment.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, except when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Account data (email, Telegram username): for as long as you have an account, then up to 12 months in case you return, then deleted.
• Chat messages: 12 months after the last message in the thread.
• Trading session logs: 24 months, so that reports and disputes can be checked.
• Server logs: 30 days.
• Billing records: as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, these are your rights under the GDPR, including the right to portability and to complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know, delete and opt out of sale — we do not sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any right, email hello@fluxrbot.com from the address on the account; we answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you by email before it takes effect. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
