Refund policy

This policy applies to FluxrBot subscriptions sold by Fluxr Labs LLC. It is part of the terms of service.

The trial is free

Every account starts with a 3-day trial. It requires no card, costs nothing and ends automatically. If you do nothing, you are charged nothing. The trial is the refund: use it to decide.

Billing is monthly

After the trial, FluxrBot is $2,499 per month, billed at the start of each monthly period by invoice or card. There are no setup fees and no long-term commitment.

Cancel at any time

You can cancel whenever you like by writing to hello@fluxrbot.com or telling the operator in Telegram. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: the bot keeps running until then and you are not charged again.

No refund for the current period

We do not refund the month already paid for, in full or pro rata. This includes months in which you did not run the bot, changed your mind, or were unhappy with its trading results. Trading outcomes are not grounds for a refund: FluxrBot automates execution and does not guarantee profit.

When we do refund

• You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice — we refund the extra charge in full.
• The service was unavailable for most of a paid month because of our fault — we refund or credit that month.

Write to hello@fluxrbot.com with the account email and the date of the charge. We answer within one business day.
